Why use the Infrared sauna, even in the summertime.

   What is an infrared Sauna?

       Infrared heat is everywhere! At the beach, under a tree, sitting in your backyard watching the kids play.Infrared saunas are known for their abundance of healthy and lifelong benefits. But...what is an infrared sauna?  An infrared sauna is a sauna that uses infrared light to heat your body directly instead of the air around you, making your body able to benefit at lower temperatures, unlike a steam sauna which uses harsh temperatures and oppressive steam, which could make it hard to breathe.
